Thank you for your interest in making a booking. Forever Held Foundation provides no-cost short-stay accommodation for parents grieving the loss of a child. We are grateful for the generous support from donors, partners
and sponsors to make this possible.

Eligibility:

Any bereaved parent who has experienced child loss from conception to age 18 is eligible for one short stay (2-4 nights) at our retreat.

Due to the high demand for our service, we prioritise those who have experienced child loss within the previous 24 months.

We recognise that grief is ongoing, so if more than 24 months have passed since your experience of child loss and you would like to request a stay, please email bookings@foreverheld.org.au  instead of completing the form below.

Booking Procedure:

We want to support you during this challenging time by making the booking process as straightforward as possible.

If eligible, please fill out the form below. We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the booking.

For your booking to be confirmed, we require you to return a referral completed by a health professional (such as a Midwife, GP, Doctor, Counsellor or Psychologist) OR a statutory declaration. We will email a template for each option once you submit the booking request form below.

Please note: Bookings are processed every Monday. If you have not heard from us within one week, please check your spam or junk mail folder for our reply.

Cancellation List: The retreat may have limited availabilty, especially on weekends. If you cannot find a suitable date to book, please email bookings@foreverheld.org.au to be added to our cancellation list. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

For further inquiries, please email: bookings@foreverheld.org.au

*** All short-stays at the retreat are for a minimum of 2 nights and maximum of 4 nights. Please choose your check-in date and then your check-out date.
